Ingredients:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 3/4 cups Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and salt.
- Cut in the Crisco.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the remaining ingredients.
- Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before using.
- Roll on a lightly floured board or between waxed paper.
- The crust is very short and will melt if placed in a pie plate and baked alone. Best used when it is filled.
